In the fall of 2007, a new player came to the regional market of recruiting services - a young and ambitious agency, educated by a team of professors with substantial experience in the field of HR. Administered research and market analysis by KIAN brand agency revealed a near lack of existence of advanced brands with proper positioning in this segment. This created an excellent opportunity for market entry.
The Assignment
To develop a platform and a corporate visual conception of the brand, reflecting the young and ambitious spirit of the agency.
The Solution
In the process of developing a visual brand conception, a suggestion came up to create a bright and modern image with powerful and emotional components. The developed name and symbol of the brand, a ripe berry, personify simplicity, openness, and cheerfulness. The corporate style of the company was also realized in the direction of optimism. Throughout this complex project, KIAN brand agency also developed the company website. Keeping in mind that in the sphere of recruiting services, the personality factor plays an important role, a decision was made to have the primary visual of the website be a photo of the company staff. This created an image of a modern, inviting, and responsible company. This fresh and non standard visual decision effectively highlighted this new company and made it stand out from competitors. Presently, the “Redberry” agency has expanded its operations and is no longer a regional company, but rather operates as a part of the federal recruitment holding “Konsort”.
