A Prague restaurant with the atmosphere of tranquil relaxation by the seaAmore More, a chain of restaurants in Prague, is the joint project of The Czech restaurant group and KIAN Company. The chain’s flagship restaurant enjoys a unique space with a large terrace. Situated in a new region of Prague, the location is nestled amongst the landscape of huge leafy parks and modern architecture; it is a genuine haven of calmness and serenity within the hustle and bustle of the capital city.The unique location of the flagship restaurant conjures up the image of holidays and carefree vacations by the sea. This idea found its realization with the concept of a Mediterranean restaurant, located on the coast, blessed with sea-breezes, freshness, comfort and plenty of sunshine. Thus, the theme of the Mediterranean became the general leitmotif and this idea was embodied across all aspects of the project: the positioning of the restaurant brand, the name, the visual concept, the architectural concept, the menu, as well as communication materials.The architecture department of KIAN successfully worked on creating a restaurant space in harmony with the concept: several thematic areas were created where every guest is able to easily find a comfortable place in which to spend time.
