The large-scale redesign of the Mega brand in Russia and the Post-Soviet StatesThe Nestle Russia Company planned to renew the packaging for the Mega ice cream with the aim to emphasize the great tasting qualities for the premium product and strengthen the position of the brand on the market. TASKTo modernize the visual image of the brand and make it more attractive, distancing it from competitor’s products whilst at the same time retaining the preeminence of the brand.SOLUTIONThe basis of the agency’s task during work on the project was to create a more attractive product range and a bright visual identifier for the brand, in addition to a simple navigation system across the product line.As a result a brighter design was created, in which the juicy and wholesome taste of the ice-cream is highlighted. A more contrasting colour code was utilized with the use of ‘fresh’ shades in the packaging design, which, coupled with the comfortable navigation system, makes choosing an ice-cream a very simple process for the consumer.
